The Carry Keeper works best on leather or canvas belts. We wanted to make sure that it sat securely on belts we know you use every day - whether in your civilian clothes, or sportswear.

CarryKeeper is mainly designed to support Outside Waistband (OWB) holsters. OWB holsters attach to your belt and can swing away from your body when you unbuckle your belt. CarryKeeper secures your belt to a belt loop to prevent the weight of the holstered weapon from causing the belt to slip away from your body. IWB and other holster types may not have this same behavior and CarryKeeper may not provide additional benefit.
CarryKeeper is designed to fit most leather and web belts up to 1-1/2” wide. CarryKeeper holds the belt in place when you unbuckle it and keeps the weight of the holstered weapon from causing the belt to slide away from the belt loops. A very narrow or thin belt may not be held in place, but these belts are usually not suitable for concealed carry to begin with.
